REFUND POLICY
Returns:
- We do not offer exchanges or returns.
- We are not responsible for the customer purchasing the wrong size as the specified product descriptions are detailed in guiding the customer in selecting the correct size. We are not liable for any lost/stolen parcels. We are also not responsible for customers inputting the incorrect shipping address. Given a time that a customers return is granted, the Item must be returned in original packaging, unused.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, please send us an email at lwkyapparell@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @lwkyapparel with pictures of the defective product so we can resolve the issue immediately.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.
Refunds:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
